About Me
The freedom that comes with knowing yourself is key to thriving every day.
Living with a rare chronic condition since birth, I spent much of my early life in and out of hospitals, reliant on strong medication that brought more harm than healing. At my lowest point—bedridden and overwhelmed by side effects—I realised I had to take my health into my own hands. That decision changed everything.
I began studying the body, food, emotions, and natural therapies, slowly rebuilding my strength and finally reclaiming my health. Today, I’m symptom-free and living a life I never imagined possible. I turned a life-altering illness into a lifelong mission to guide and showing others that true well-being comes from understanding your unique constitution. Now helping others do the same through personalised wellness programmes rooted in the principles of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and integrative nutrition. My approach is both grounded and gentle—designed to help you reconnect with your body, restore balance, and feel well again.
